Each year, the NRL and NRLW’s Wellbeing & Education Managers (WEMs) come together for a dedicated conference focused on one shared purpose: ensuring every player across the game is supported, understood, and equipped for life on and off the field.

The 2025 Annual Wellbeing & Education Conference, delivered by League Ahead, brought WEMs from every club into the same room for two days of learning, collaboration, and practical upskilling. This event continues to be a vital touchpoint in how we strengthen the wellbeing frameworks that underpin rugby league at every level.
