May 11th - 17th 2026 marks National Careers Week, a great chance for players to consider the pathways and opportunities available beyond the footy field.

Across the game today, players are growing their skills away from footy through study, completing apprenticeships and traineeships, starting businesses, building community programs and developing valuable life and workplace skills.

Whilst playing the game of rugby league is a huge role, being a player is not who you are.
